FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Easy! Either fill out the form located HERE or simply give us a call at 818-276-9167 and ask for Durressa (owner). We will have you come in, check the gym out, and sign all necessary paperwork. You could be in class as early as today!

Of course, every step of the way! Durressa, our owner, started her fitness journey at age 50 and is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. You also have our trainers every class – they will take care of you to ensure you are safe while exercising. They are also there for questions or motivation, if you want it!

Our Lift Class is 60 minutes of strength training. Once you become a member, you will have access to our workout split, which tells you exactly what muscle groups we will be working in class that day. Our classes are high energy, positive, and safe – led by a certified personal trainer.

Our Fight Camp class is 30 minutes of MMA inspired HIIT. Here, you will be led by a certified personal trainer through various cardio movements, burning as many calories as we can!

Our Booty class is 60 minutes of strength training, focusing on our glutes. Our classes are high energy, positive, and safe – led by a certified personal trainer.

If that does not help, just know that we have your best interest and safety in mind. We build together, we grow together, we win together! All of our classes utilize proprietary technology called iLift, which is a TV screen that shows you exactly what exercise to do, how to do it, and for how many reps. There are also advanced movements displayed. This system allows for any fitness levels to workout together, comfortably!
